The Free Edition is perfect if you simply need an easy to use project collaboration and tracking application for yourself, your design partners, and/or your clients.

Q: How much is the Professional Editon?
A: The Professional Edition is now $9.99 per month with a Free 30 Day Trial.

Q: Is there a downloadable version of CollabTRAK?
A: Currently there are no downloadable versions of CollabTRAK.

Q: Can I put a link to the CollabTRAK account login page on my website?
A: Definitely! We recommend you place a link to the account login page on your website. This gives your clients easy access to track their projects and keeps your clients coming back to your website so they can track their design projects. You can even embed your CollabTRAK login page into your website (example: frames).

Q: Is it really easy to use for my clients?
A: Not only is CollabTRAK easy to use for your clients, it's also intuitive to use for your clients. We also have included help files and tips for clients and for designers. Our main goal was to make CollabTRAK easy to use for everyone and still provide a powerful, flexible project tracker.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to use CollabTRAK?
A: No. You can sign-up for CollabTRAK whether or not you have a PayPal account. We integrated PayPal into CollabTRAK to make it easy for designers to accept payments seamlessly. Your CollabTRAK account comes pre-configured for PayPal payment acceptance, with no interaction needed on your part.

Q: How do I pay securely for a Professional Edition account?
A: We accept payment online using 256 bit SSL encryption via PayPal. You do not need to sign-up for a PayPal account to pay via debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks and PayPal.
